How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Open the iPhone Settings app → tap your name at the top → tap Subscriptions → select Sports Coach Live → tap Cancel Subscription. You can also reach this from inside the app via Settings → "Manage subscription in App Store."

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are issued by Apple, not by us. Use Apple's Report a Problem page, find the Sports Coach Live charge, and request a refund. If Apple denies it and you believe it was in error, email us — we'll take another look.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete account. This removes your profile, match history, and uploaded videos within 30 days. You can also email us and we'll process the deletion manually.

The coach isn't talking. What's wrong?

Make sure your AirPods (or other Bluetooth headphones) are connected before you tap Start. Check that the app has Microphone, Camera, and Speech Recognition permissions in iPhone Settings → Sports Coach Live. If audio is routing to the phone speaker instead of your AirPods, force-quit and reopen the app.

My pack credits didn't apply after purchase.

Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore purchases. If credits still don't appear within a minute, email us with your Apple ID email and the approximate time of purchase and we'll grant them manually.

What devices does it run on?

iPhone running iOS 17 or later. For Live Coach you need AirPods, AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, or any Bluetooth headphones with a microphone. Film Room works without headphones.
